The only thing I’d recommend is definitely reading everything entirely a few times, just to make sure you’re getting what you paid for. Otherwise I’ve had a pleasure using this app, and continue to!

Airbnb favors guests over hosts but it is possible to make money renting your houses. Be ready to be scammed and know that airbnb does not care about hosts.

Unique properties with character, more space, local neighbourhoods, lower cost but quality can vary, less regulation and watch out for hidden costs. Still worth a risk as you might pick up a bargain!
