Its strongest advantage is operational convenience. Users can launch servers, manage applications, handle backups and scaling, monitor performance and access support without having to become full-time system administrators. That makes the platform particularly attractive to agencies, developers and businesses that want more control than basic hosting offers but do not want to maintain every layer of the stack themselves. The current referral programme is also genuinely two-sided. New customers joining through an eligible referral receive $25 in hosting credit, while the referrer receives $50 in hosting credit after the referred customer upgrades and pays two invoices. Customer sentiment is notably strong overall, with thousands of reviews and frequent praise for responsive technical support.
