Equito is a platform where you invest by buying tokens backed by real estate projects — usually focused on long-term rental income. I like the simplicity of the concept: you buy a token, and once it starts generating rent, you receive your share monthly. The interface is clean, and the team seems active and responsive. I also appreciate the level of reporting and how easy it is to track returns over time. ⚠️ The only downside for me is that it usually takes 2–3 months from the moment you invest until you receive the first payment. So it’s not instant gratification — but once it starts, the flow is smooth and consistent.
