Big fan of Interactive Investor, having used a number of other providers over the years (Vanguard, HL, Fidelity, Aviva and Nutmeg). After the first free year (by clicking through a referral), the costs are low and incentivise people to save with it being flat fee! Customer service is second to none and the platform is very easy to navigate. Happy to guide people through the platform and provide specific feedback if needed.

I transferred my pension to II and so glad I did. It allows full access to buy shares in UK and US so have been able to build a nice portfolio of Apple and Nvidia shares. It does charge £5.99 to my personal account which is not how other SIPP's work as typically the fees would come out of the pension pot.
