PlayStation Direct is the most reliable supplier of those expensive consoles we love and they are there without a hint of hassle when things go wrong. This is arguably the most customer-centric part of the (quite) imperfect Sony ecosystem when it comes to listening to us gamers. Some very good discounts to be had throughout the year too and sweet exclusive products linked to popular games. If DualSense Edge also had special editions and hall effect joysticks, it'd be 6*. 🙏
