Urbanitae is one of the most solid platforms I’ve used for real estate crowdfunding in Spain. Projects are usually large-scale, carefully selected, and led by experienced developers. You get access to both equity and loan-based investments, typically with 12–36 month durations. What really stands out is the professionalism and the transparency. Each opportunity comes with full documentation, financials, developer info, and risk analysis. The main downside? Most projects get fully funded in seconds, so you have to be quick. That’s the only reason I give it 4 out of 5 stars — not for lack of quality, but because it can be frustrating to miss out.
