Vivid Money offers an ambitious all-in-one approach to personal finance, combining payment accounts, multiple IBAN-enabled Money Pockets, cards, cashback and investment features within a single mobile platform. One of its strengths is flexibility. The Standard plan already provides several Money Pockets with separate SEPA-compatible IBANs, while paid plans increase limits and benefits. The cashback system can also be useful, although users should understand the eligibility requirements, monthly limits and selected categories rather than treating advertised cashback figures as automatic rewards. The app has attracted a substantial European user base and receives a large volume of positive customer feedback, particularly for ease of use, transfers and its range of financial features. There are nevertheless reasons for caution. Customer feedback across platforms is mixed, with recurring complaints concerning support, account restrictions and the difficulty of resolving some exceptional situations. As with any financial service, users should understand the applicable fees, account conditions and complaint procedures before making it their primary account. Overall, Vivid Money is an innovative and feature-rich European financial platform with a strong proposition, but its customer-support experience still appears to leave room for improvement. — The Rebel Marketer

🇩🇪 DEUTSCH 🟢 Top App-Design: Die Benutzeroberfläche ist eine der besten am Markt und die "Pockets" (Unterkonten) sind super praktisch. 🟢 Krypto & Aktien: Einfacher Zugang zu Investments direkt aus der Banking-App heraus. (Es handelt sich allerdings um Derivate.) 🔴 Instabile Konditionen: Cashback-Raten und Gebührenmodelle wurden leider sehr oft geändert, was die Planung erschwert. 🔴 Empfehlung: Aufgrund der Unbeständigkeit nutze ich mittlerweile primär Revolut für meine täglichen Finanzen. 🎁 Bonus-Bedingung: Vivid-Empfehlungsprogramm momentan ausgesetzt; bei Revolut 10,00 € +2% Zinsen ➔ Klicke jetzt einfach auf mein FOTO und im nächsten Schritt auf Vivid ODER Revolut um Deinen Bonus zu aktivieren. … 🌐 🇬🇧 ENGLISH 🟢 Great UX/UI: The app design is outstanding, and the "Pockets" (sub-accounts) are extremely useful for budgeting. 🟢 Investing: Easy access to crypto and fractional stocks directly within your banking app. (However, these are derivatives.) 🔴 Changing Terms: Cashback rates and fee structures have changed way too often lately, making it less reliable. 🔴 My Choice: Due to the instability, I have switched to Revolut as my primary daily driver for finances. 🎁 Bonus Requirement: The Vivid referral program is currently suspended; check out Revolut for a €10 bonus + 2% interest! ➔ Simply click on my PHOTO and, in the next step, on Vivid OR Revolut to activate your Bonus!
