Amazing customer service and the cheapest energy provider I've found - earn £50 just for joining which sweetens the deal too. Been with them a while now and glad I swapped as no energy supplier has beaten the deals and savings that I've seen :)

Good customer service with a UK call centre, they really helped me with my smart meter as it wasn't commissioned by Gritish Bas properly. Easy to use app with useful offers. From time to time they do savings sessions. So if you shift your energy use outside a particular hour of a day they reward you. Points system that allows you to use as credit against your bill or buy their Constantine plush toy amongst other items.
