Octopus are genuinely redefining what the energy market can be. They are constantly innovating and are strong advocates for energy reform. Their customer service is usually excellent and their tariffs are competitive. One benefit is that most of them, if not all, are zero exit fees. Personally, I use the Octopus Go tariff and load shift as much as I can to the off-peak rate. This saves us a lot of money. Octopus also offer decent customer rewards via their Octoplus program. I'd highly recommend doing a price comparison based on your actual kwh usage and seeing if it is worth a switch to the original Kraken powered platform.
